While the traditional methods of delivering a baby are through induction at a hospital, many pregnant women are opting for an option that is more natural, a water birth. A water birth allows a mother to take her time with a spontaneous delivery in the comfort of her own home. Submerged in warm water and given the freedom to move around, unlike a hospital bed where movement is limited, the mother is able to bring her child into the world in a relaxed environment.
